Ilok Problem trial plugins

    Is its running mode "Automatic (Delayed Start)" or "Automatic "? It needs to be "Automatic"
    Do you have iLok 1? It is not supported.

    Edit: I forgot to tell you this.
    If you are online the easiest way to try Soothe is by using the option "Activate or continue trial on this computer." With this option you don't have to bother with iLok at all.

    If you are off line, use that option following these steps:

    1.Click on the "Save offline request for this computer" -button. This will let you save a fingerprint of the machine, that the server needs for creating a licence file.

    2.Use USB device or similar to transfer the file to another computer that has online access.

    3.On the online computer, browse to account.oeksound.com, and log in to your account. You may need to create an account, if you don't already have one.

    4.Use the online licence manager to download a licence file, that can be used to activate the licence or trial.

    5.Transfer the licence-file back to the offline computer, and import it into the plugin by clicking the "Import licence file" -button.

    Thank you.
    It is running in automatic mode, I have an ilok1 registered on the ilok account but not connected.

    The problem is that I have not access to these choices, because the ilok error appears before...

    Edit:I also tried weiss from softube (with the trial already activate on the account), same issue

    Try this. First deactivate the licenses you are having trouble with. Next uninstall the iLok License Manager making sure there is nothing left behind. Download the latest iLok license manager and install it.

    How do I make sure nothing is left behind?, I already uninstalled and reinstalled everything...
    I will try another time, thanx

    After a few attempts, I ran into a blue screen of depth (probably too many files deleted trying to uninstall Pace). Now, after a fresh restart, its working like a charm.

    Im glad it all worked out for you. Usually a clean install fixes it if the problem is not PACE service related.:like:

    Problem is in windows. I have this problem dont have any solution for fix this. I don't have time for fresh install.

    It is not a fresh install of Windows. Bro you have not been following your own thread? It is a fresh/clean install of the iLok.

    i Install couple times fresh/clean install ILOK still have problem.

    @Dejanco Try this. Set Pace to delayed start and see what happens. It is hard to diagnose your problem because you ask a question and disappear for days. If using delay start does not work try the following:

    1. Go to Services and look for “PACE License Services.”
    2. Right-click it and choose “Stop” from the pop-up menu.
    3. Leave the Services window open.
    4. Go to C:\ProgramData\PACE\Eden.
    5. Delete all ”.sbd” files.
    6. Return back to the Services and right-click “PACE License Services” and choose “Start” from the pop-up menu.
    7. Launch iLok License Manager and activate your licenses.

    Didi you do everything? If you did. Turn the Pace to automatic and repeat all the steps. The strange thing is that is telling you that is not installed. Usually, you get an error explaining that is not running. If you have done everything that has been explained here and the problem continues, a fresh install is going to be the only option.

    Yes of course I've tried everything but it will not work. They only bought work me the license trial and the demo did not work.

    In the windows problem, I tried the ilok to the mac its working. So something else in the system is wrong and I can not find out what's the problem. Maybe something in the registry ..

    Windows 10 and iLok. Always a myriad of problems. However, if there was something wrong with iLok you would not be able to use any program that uses it. If the problem is with Soothe, there must be a problem with it. When I installed mine it was giving me a hard time and I did the install straight to the computer.
    If you think it is a registry issue you need to uninstall. Go to Program Data and clean the Pace folder and then open your REGedit and look for Pace Ap in HKEY_CURRENT _USER\Software. Delete everything there.

    i try this.
    It's definitely up to windows 10 to let me bet. I've done everything you said and the same problem occurs. The licenses I have purchased normally do licenses that are either demo or trial from any manufacturer. If I installed windows clean, all 100%
    But I'm interested in what's the problem?
