Hi guys...

I hope somebody will be able to help me with this, as I am desperate! I've installed Guitar Rig 7 and Komplete Kontrol 3 from sister sites, but with no luck. For some reason I keep getting - App ScanApp3 unexpectedly crashed, upon opening Komplete Kontrol and it will not show any plugins once I try to ignore it.

Also Guitar Rig doesn't show any presets... I tried to do everything possible, reinstalling, installing different versions, restarting pc, giving the app full access to hard drive but still with no luck... Thanks!

Thank you for you answer, but as I said in the other post, this doesn't resolves my issues with Scanapp... nor I see any fix in the post you mentioned

 

Can you go back to version 2.4? Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol v2.4.0 WiN (Sistersite) Run The KK standalone before open your DAW.

I downgraded to version 2.9, I am actually MAC user... and yes running it through Standalone app... when I go through preferences and do rescan there, it works and it is rescanning things, it just doesn't show any instruments or pictures... on both versions
