Hello,

I have some difficulties to use my S61 MK2 midi keyboard with cracked libraries in leg Komplete Kontrol.
For example, I can open library 'The Giant' after installing it and cracked it in Kontakt 5.6 (cracked version) but not in Komplete Kontrol, I have message that says 'COULD NOT LOAD PLUGIN'. All paths of VST are corrects, I have also try to fix library with third party tools.
Even if I was able to display it in Komplete kontrol for a few times, it was in 'demo' version.

I have also tried with cracked Komplete kontrol version but same thing with desinstalling all first and reinstalling.

So I have some questions :

1) Is there any procedure to follow to achieve it ?
2) Does libraries need always to be cracked or it depends only on version of Komplete Kontrol used ?
3) What are files located in 'data' folder in cracked version and how to use it ?

I use cracked libraries in a cracked Kontakt (not the portable version) in a legit Komplete Kontrol, everything runs fine. I just need to install the library, run the "add library" tool that will add it to Kontakt, scan for libraries in KK et voilà.

That "COULD NOT LOAD PLUGIN" message means KK cannot find Kontakt, not your library. Just make sure your cracked Kontakt dll is in the folders KK scans when you run a plugin scan in KK. You may have to restart KK after the scan. If the library is in demo mode that means you're using a legit Kontakt, so make sure it's not somewhere in your plugins folder. Maybe untick "always use latest version of NI plugins" when you scan for plugins inside KK too.

Can you tell me wich version do you use for cracked kontakt and legit KK ?
Do you have installed Kontakt first or KK?

I have impression that there is problem of synchronisation between KK and Kontakt, when I delete library in VST emplacement and I re open KK and scan VST, I have always library which is displayed in KK (without possibility to display).

Did you ever encountered this problem?

 

I'm using KK 2.5.0 and cracked Kontakt 6.4.2. I installed KK first as it came with my M32 keyboard but I don't think the order matters.
Sometimes KK acts strangely indeed and doesn't seem to be updated, but I could always got it to work by rescanning libraries and plugins and restarting it. If you want to be sure you can try deleting KK's database as NI support advices :

Well yes, libraries aren't cracked, only added in cracked Kontakt, but the tool doing it isn't a legit NI software, that's what I'm calling cracking a library.

 

This is not a crack, it's for adding libaries since NI did away with the Add Library button around 5.8.1
On macOS we have to use 5.6.0 to add libraries.

 

I see, I only started a few months ago so I don't know all the history I am a Windows user indeed.

 

it's like something like this:
"yes, program isn't cracked, I only launched the keygen, generated the key, inserted the key into the registration window field and clicked OK. but the keygen isn't a legit software, that's what I'm calling cracking."

 

Thanks for your response, finally I update version of Kontakt (v6.4) and works greatly.
However, I have some disturbing behavior of KK, when I launch program, instruments are randomly in 'demo' mode (one time in two).

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

 

I had similar issue with all legit NI stuff. My OS was out of date. Updated and all fine. Unfortunately Win 7 is no longer supported, so no more updates.

 

I think I had this issue when I had both legit and cracked Kontakt installed. KK didn't know which one to pick so it was random I guess. Check if you don't have a legit Kontakt installed somewher. Maybe untick ""always use latest version of NI plugins" in KK plugins tab too.

 

Ok I understand what's happening.
One time in two, KK loads instruments from Kontakt 6 player instead of Kontakt full.

"always use latest version of NI plugins" is unticked in options of KK.

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall kontakt.
I don't understand from where Kontakt 6 player is launched because kontakt 6 player and kontakt full are same instance.

I constated that in Native, there is only 'Kontakt 6 player' which is showed. Is it normal?

there are two types of serial for kontakt - 1st type for free player and 2nd type for paid full.
standalone and plugins files are the same.
cracked kontakt ignoring any serial and running as paid full version.
that's why native access always showing player. yes, it's normal.

you're wrong, KK loads the same plugin all times. if you have cracked kontakt - KK loads cracked.
KK receiving reginfo from regdata and native access. if your library are not legit (not registered with serial number in native access) - it wouldn't show in KK.

 

Here steps I follow :

1) I launch KK in standalone mode.
2) I open a library.
3) I display 'Edit mode' => I am in demo mode because kontakt player was launched


4) I close KK.
5) I reopen KK in standalone and open a library.
6) I display 'Edit mode' => I am not in demo mode



So what's the problem here?

When I use kontakt in standalone mode, I never have problem. Instruments are never showed in demo mode.

what is this - "kontakt 6 custom"??? O_o

 

KK is legit yes only Kontakt cracked.

It's simply version 6.4 of Kontakt, I think they add 'custom' because it's a full version with integration of serials of many libraries.

 

I've had quite similar problems and found this to help:

1. Make sure there is only one VST of each kind in the VST search paths in Komplete Kontrol (e.g not two kontakt.dll in two different places) Settings -> Plugins -> Locations and/or delete search paths that are obsolete or unwanted.
2. Untick "Always use newest version of NI plugins" in Komplete Kontrols Settings -> Plugins

This way "COULD NOT LOAD PLUGIN' error disappeared for me.
