Hi! Duplicate presets Omnisphere, how to fix my problem? help me please

 

Try using the refresh button first.

Check your folders.. if presets are listed multiple times, they r listed multiple times in your folders as well
The solution is to make sure there’s only one folder with all your sounds for each bank, not a folder inside of a folder.

 

All folders have been checked, there are no duplicates, after deleting duplicate banks, I updated the browser, duplicate presets are not deleted....

This is the latest the latest version did you find it and delete it and rescan it?

 

I uninstalled version 2.8.5f, and installed version 2.6.0e, deleted the files mentioned above, but nothing happens, there are still duplicate sounds...

 

Please install the latest working version of Omnisphere 2! The error is in the STEAM Folder !!!

Delete the database file from Keryscape, Trilian and Omnisphere and let Omnisphere scan new.


Hiddden Folder:

Go to the :

C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\STEAM

inside you find three folders:

Keyscape
Trilian
Omnsiphere

Delete the database files from Keyscape, Trilian and Omnsiphere



Example:
C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\STEAM\Omnisphere\Settings Library\Patches\Factory

 

I did everything as you advised, but unfortunately it did not help, when scanning, new ones are not created database files...

I did everything according to these young ones, it didn’t work for me, maybe there was some kind of glitch with my STEAM library....

 

This is the big Problem, I think you have to completely reinstall Omnisphere!
