I'm really inspired by the bass sounding powerfull and so pumping.

The picture was just uninteresting, it only showed the waveforms of the same sub bass, I designed them so they were both the same, but I can still upload a picture for them

 

For the bass sound any decent synth would do the job! But if you need a free decent sidechaining plugin.Try this

The trick isn't sidechain compression/ducking, but rather an octave note and some portamento/glide. Make the synth monophonic and add portamento/glide (to taste) and add a "backbeat" high-note (octave up).
I lowpassed and highpassed a single saw oscillator for this example below, but you can use any waveform and filtering (and saturation) of taste. You can even do it with a sine and saturation and filtering. The main thing is the "pumping" octave note, which seems to be what you are after.

100% agree with @Baxter.

I think another way to do it could be modulating the pitch one octave with tempo-synced LFO. That would be master tune in Serum. LFOs can be fine shaped and you could further modulate something like filter or even drive with one.. just for fun
