    Since your song, if successful, will end up on a video, it makes sense to mix it at 48k.

    I do most of my recordings in 32/96 for the best result - you can always reduce in post!

    For pure audio only (final @ 44.1 kHz), 88.2 kHz is an option.
    Otherwise 96 kHz.

    Infact... today I did a field recording in 24/48 - which is the pro standard - but purely due to the limitations of my recorder which is indeed a great recorder with great analog preamps, limiters etc.
    So.... its not all about bits/Khz..... its also about hardware.

    Absolutely possible that it's inaudible but it's not a matter of DAW but math. :winker:

    Some members here have been up-sampling x 20 my photo. I wonder why. Nevertheless, I do hope that they are using a high quality SRC because that should always be a preamble to inserting the XXL bus compressor in my master bus.

    Bunch of amateurs. I signed to Adobe Cloud AI upsampling service only to upsample your avatar. 69420 euros/month.
    Worth it :hahaha:

    To me it doesn't really make that much of a difference. It all comes down to the person mixing. An experienced engineer could make a 44.1khz mix sound better than a noob mixing at 384khz.:dunno:

    Yes, I just remembered.
    Does that mean to bounce the results from 44100 to 48000 in Studio One (DAW) you don't need to use any convert plugins?

    Seriously? Is it safe so far?

    =======

    Even on youtube for music videos 44100 Hz is recommended :dunno:

    That's obviously right... I know that for sure.
    And if I hire a videographer, I will remind them about the audio specifications for Music Videos recommended by Youtube. Because I want to upload my music video on Youtube. :shalom:
