Except from the lyrics, literally every second of that track is clipping. Can't believe that's intentional.. That's a real sin!

I dont wanna be too harsh... but its songs like this that really bring to light the fact that the tools available today have created an explosion of a new breed of "producers" and "artists" that truly suffer from the dunning kruger effect...

if these big drums and straight fkn rap doesnt move ya then you should quit makin lame track like the one you post above

im not in my 20s or 30s..not even 40s ..so my ear is sensitive when reviewing a track here and there so i ll give ya
a simple advice ,just make your track more enjoyable to listen to ya know what im sayin
if ya heard a trending hip-hop track doesn't mean its good to listen too

todays generation dont have an influence they act they know the history of rap and hip-hop style
like they know everything and they come up with a boring track full of static

90% of rap and hiphop today are build in amazing pro studios and they use usual clap /running highhats /and fixed midis/
and they call it 'innovative'' on spotify ..pffff

Oh, come on guys. Have you heard some of Kanye West's "experimental" stuff? This is more coherent than a lot of that. I personally don't like either, but to each their own. It is quite distorted though - hard to imagine this is intentional, but you never know....

 

bad recording/bad mixing can ruin even the best of tracks. this wasn't one to start with, so it's just downhill from there.

 

this style was done best in 2004 in this album
