I have the USB Version 2 Update for the Roland TD9 but when I attempt to turn on the module while pressing Mute and Setup buttons to access the update menu it will not start-up. Is there another way to get to the update menu (pictured below)? I even tried after doing a factory reset. I've tried a million times it seems like and it's not working.
