Hello, friends.
All old East West, Zero-G, and the rest are disappeared from Kontakt 5.8.1 and 6.3.
For Example: RA, StormDrum, Symphonic Orchestra Gold XP.
Any idea to solve it? Last month I had them in Kontakt...

What do you mean "are disappeared"? Is Kontakt complaining about missing library on the left panel? or you can't find these libraries there anymore? Did you check with the search function in Kontakt?
And what do you mean "Last month I had them in Kontakt"? in the same versions you have now? or you updated to these versions and then those disappeared?
Just for you to know, in Windows you always have the option to use Portable version of Kontakt and in that version adding libraries are much more fluid and consistent.

 

They are probably the libraries which Native instruments won't support anymore so you're unlikely to see them or add them in the library browser. I think you should still be able to access them by browsing the folders, which is annoying I know!

But if you use "QuickLoad" it is a lot less annoying.
You can create your own categories / folders and drag / rearrange the .nki files as you like.
Some people only use it for some favorite libraries, but I use it for everything.
I find it annoying to have to scroll down looking for libraries.

This is the problem, look at the error.

 

Kontakt 5 use the web disconnected Service Center. (since 30 may 2020)
use the add library tool and Native Access to register again correctlly.


it even load in the library tabs as all ewql.

 

I do it, but nothing appears in the Tab adding library. It say SUCCESFUL 1 LIBRARY ADDED, but opening Kontakt 5, no RA library there...

 

I get this same message on mine even though library was not successfully added.

@Crevice9 I get that you want to sort this, but since you jumped into this person's thread, you have also created one thread where bobdule told you what you needed to know, and then another thread to ask more questions because you didn't trust him!
Chill! Your first thread you created was enough!
Kontakt questions are by far the most common, so please don't be spamming the site!
