MAC User w/ ableton.

It's kind of been a nightmare for me getting to this point, but I'm finally to the point where I think I've done everything. I post my response code into Omnisphere and I get the

"Please restart the application. If upon reopening Omnisphere the authorization screen comes up again, this means you did not enter the correct Response code and you will need to correct it."

I'm not sure where I went wrong. I've patched the VST and Component. I've heard people talk about patching omnisphere.dll files under program data/spectratronics but I can't find these folders anywhere. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

 

not sure about mac, some folders in win pc are hidden by default, and you have to see them to be able to patch the .dll`s, so i cant help but im sure there are some mac guys who can help and guide you, good luck

 

Yeah, I heard some people say they are hidden so I tried searching for them by including all system files, but still didn't find them. Thanks for the reply. Hopefully, some MAC people can come to the rescue.

 

I'll pay a MAC user if they can TeamViewer with me and solve this issue.

I tried searching for the hidden files and I still can't find the omnisphere.dll files. Maybe you don't have to patch these for MAC users? I don't know. Still willing to pay someone to TeamViewer with me and solve the issue. I've been wasting too much time trouble-shooting on my own.

 

Im on windows but omnisphere also crashes in fl studio when you try input the serial for the first time.The new update now comes with a standalone ,so you could try use that to run omnisphere to enter the serial or try use an other daw.you can also use the standalone to find the other hidden folder as it should be a shortcut to were the other dll's are.
you have to patch the other dll in the hidden folder to run the standalone.

Direct Link Library Files(DLL's) are Windows based not MAC unless you are running it in a Windows emulator.
If you were using Windows the primary installation is hidden by default in the STEAM folder and the omnisphere.dll is installed either in the DAW VST folder or the VST Plugins folder in Program Files.

Because you are using a MAC, from what I have been told, you do the following:
Open the Username (home) folder in the Finder:
Macintosh HD/Users/Username/
Then select View Options (Command-J) from the View menu. From the View Options window, select 'Show Library Folder'
The click "use as default"
Apparently that then allows you to find them - apparently.

 

I tried running it in the standalone omnisphere. Still no luck unfortunately. I have no idea what to try next. I also read that other post. Can't seem to find anything that works.

 

Followed those instructions. I opened up just about every folder and searched for everything I could think of and still no luck. I really appreciate everyones help. Very frustrating.

It's also possibly worth mentioning that if you have the new version which installs the standalone version, in my installation it created a plugins directory [on windows] in the same area as the standalone application, with the same VST's used in the DAW. If that registers and works without crashing, I found overwriting the ones in the DAW directory(making copies of them first elsewhere in case it fails), fixed the DAW problem as well because they are the same.

 

I finally found & got the 55.9 gig Omni 2 torrent downloaded and it corrupted disks 4, 7, 8.. grrr, I can't download this whole thing again.

The response code is signed using an RSA-2048 private key. Omnipshere 2 verifys this with it's built in public key. In order to accept the reponse codes of the keygen, Ominsphere must be patched to use the public key related to the keygen's private key.
The kg comes with an own key pair since RSA-2048 is too hard for factoring.

 

dll files are on pc's not mac.if you want to find hidden library folder click Go on finder menu and press OPTION key,that is where you can find spectrasonis and steam folders/application support/spectrasonis

you copy response code and paste into key generator and copy that code that is generated into omni.i use logic pro and i had to close it completely and restart logic so it can rescan the components

 

For Mac users. You have to
- cut the file inside Omnisphere VST or AU file
- open the window clicking on VST/AU file, click on "show package contents"
- open Contents-->MacOs folders
- copy on desktop the Omnisphere file
- patched using keygen
- overwrite on first step

I am not able to use the Omnisphere or Keyscape, but it worked fine, but in the last days, this screen is appearing, and the serial does not appear, so I can not use the Keygen. Does anyone know what can it be?
