admins and teams hate on dumb people who only request things and don't contribute to the community.

Teams also hate on the guys who uses their cracks to do new releases and sign them taking merits they don't deserve.

Users hate on admins who are banning every releases which use R2R cracks, even the credited ones.

Sorry but get your facts right -
TEAM DYNAMiCS released Omnisphere 2 first - R2R paniced and released it too - so their name could be on it
UNION released FL Studio12 first - R2R paniced and released it too - so their name could be on it
and also other releases (their is a pation here)
If I cracked the Cubase 8 that I've bought, then 2 minutes later R2R would release one too (yes - I have bought Cubase 8 and many other - I'm not a peasant, I just like to stick up for those that are excluded by the Elitist dictators)

So let me try to put this in perspective: the original thieves (or self appointed spokesman, *see above) have got their balls in a bind because another thief has robbed the same bank using the original thieves modus operandi. No honor among thieves. :( What a shame. I always looked at the warez scene as a Robin Hood thing; steal from the rich and give to the poor, with the emphasis on the concept of "give". If scene groups are so insecure as needing to see themselves as "warez gods" who need constant praise, and some downloaders or forum moderators see them as almighty, benevolent gods, then that is their choice. Personally, I could give a rat's ass who puts it out or where it comes from, as long as the shit works and doesn't fuck up my pooter. If the whole "scene" goes tits up it ain't the end of the world, people.

Bullshit. Both R2R and HEXWARS had it keygenned for weeks, when DYNAMiCS put out a faulty release, they just made a proper one to avoid leaving that shit on the market.
Or you REALLY think they keygenned it in 2hours after seeing DUPENAMYCS release?
Do you have a slight idea of what reversing and coding a keygen actually is?
Not a technical idea, but at least an idea about how long it takes? No, cause you wouldn't say that.
Please stfu about things you don't know shit about.
LoL yeah, using R2R old keygen, but hey, they were first.

See... here's the problem... you don't know what you're talking about.

Actually I don't know what i'm talking about. But even compared to me you're lost in this conversation. R2R 'paniced' to put their name on Omni 2... yet people who downloaded the Dynamics version replaced it with the R2R one.

Man... seeing you talk like this just makes me nervous. The way I see it, stuff R2R stopped putting out is stuff that no one needs. Cool stuff but not necessary, so I mostly just keep an eye open and hope that someone like you doesn't fuck it up for everyone to the point that they stop releasing the important stuff. Yet here we are.

It contraversial thing while teams can use others work while others cant use the work of teams.
Before someone says that I must buy my stuff I can say that probably I spend more money in software in software before this someone born than this someone in all his life...
Só why tell this? Because the simple fact that are many good guys her, included me, that do not deserve the desrespect of the teams.
Everytime that someone is above the good and the bad history shows that happens big shit.
If teams dont like the must be clear, not a generalization... Where, who and why.
Also if are internal releases, why the everyone knows about that? It is childish and only make people more angry... Cannot understand that, really! Do this in silence at least.
Catalyst hás been always a great mate and have a political balance example, but is hard to understand só many hidden reasons.
    One thing is inegocialble: respect
All sides are right and wrong because the respect was broken.
I am greatfull to all teams but I never asked something from them, always offered help...
Everyone do not know that the life is really easy for all that are healthy. I have an incapacitadting desease and for more than one year my main medicine stops to work, so a pain that no one can imagine... But i am here wanting some peace for all, but just one side want that?

I mean no disrespect and it in no way means i'm not very thankful to the teams and to the original programmers, but am i the only one who finds it superbly ironic that the guys who hacked other people's software now call those hacks proprietary (same as in patented or copyrighted, like the original software was) and try to control or ban and work against other people who (do or do not) use their hacks or techniques similar to them..?
Are we now going to go inception and have a new circle of hackhackers who hack the hacks of the original hackers who hacked the original programmers??

Yes for sure, if their work is used, give credit where credit is due.

No your not a bunch of yuppies - your a bunch of Fascist bully boys - none of us peasants are allowed the voice our opinion its against the law :) - You should be ashamed of your attitude. I never said you should share your stuff with me - I said you should stop saying 'we are special, R2R give to us and not to you' - I also said we should be equal - but it seems equality is dead around here for people who are PC and not in the Elitist group. Bully tactic's always work, you've got your wish, I'll go and leave you fascists to it :) - Its a very unpleasant atmosphere around here nowadays - I'm sorry for all the good people I leave to be bullied by you. Corse I haven't cracked my Cubase 'studio5599' don't be silly, I'm no good at that sort of stuff. But, if I had cracked it I would share it with everyone, not just a small bunch of elitists. Also, (for your info) I have shared more than $1000 worth of Maschine & Kontakt libraries with the good people at the sister site - but NEVER asked for any thanks.
Enjoy your little releases and please don't bully the new ones too much. Enjoyed the comments, even the nasty ones, ha, ha - Bye - I understand this place it only for the chosen few - shame it could have been good :)

    Absolutely pathetic.

"THIS RELEASE IS NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE IT WAS STOLEN KEYGEN!!!!"

Hey fuckhead, THE WHOLE SCENE IS BASED ON STOLEN SHIT

Sure, if you hex compare or whatever you're lame in the eyes of all these idiots that run forums and spend more time on the internet talking about new plug-ins than actually making music, but for the end user who just wants to get tools to make cool tunes, guess what: they don't care.

Fuck your elitist bullshit up your fucking ass.

i think that posts of many of you are offtopic. topic is, it's not allowed for someone to use r2r method of cracking and crack software and release it under their own name. thats fair enough but i think its not fair enough to not allow someone to crack with someones methods and release it to public if that cracker gives a credit to r2r or other groups that he cracked with their methods. thats my opinion and i tried to express it with my limited knowledge of english :) my opinion is also that no group MUST crack and release to public. they can keep it for themselves, thats fair because we are not paying them to crack.

I've locked this thread because I honestly don't even want to hear what some of you have to say. I'm just answering these two comments and that's about all I have patience for.
I don't find it ironic at all. They don't strip the name of the developer from the products that they crack like has been done in both cases outlined above right? In the scene there has always been a code of respect for those that earned their way in defeating protection systems of various developers. The very art of reversing from the point of view of the cracker isn't to copycat another team's work but to take on a challenge to see how one can find ever more clever and unique ways to defeat these systems. One can look at it as an intellectual pursuit, a test of mental prowess. No serious reverser will take on this challenge on the back of another group's work. Simultaneously it has always been frowned down upon to copy another team's solution so this is nothing new. Or has reversing devolved to mean copying? The teams don't align with that and so they won't stand for it. If that's the case then there is no challenge and the whole art-form loses its meaning.

They're not trying to ban or control anyone, they just made a simple request and one that, in my view, we owe them for all that they've done for us. If it makes you feel better, I'm the one enforcing their request so you can put the blame on me. I simply know that if I don't act then the future decisions will be made for us and I know that it's not a place where most of us want to be. I find it utterly ridiculous that they have to even make a request for something that should be common sense. How would you like it if you wrote a track and someone re-branded and re-released it with no credit given to you? We can choose not to comply but in that case they will just go permanently underground because if their own peers, that have made use of their countless works for more than a decade, are so willing to sell them out for a release then there is really no reason for them to continue. Then we shouldn't get mad when they choose to share their works with those that have some respect for the time and effort that has been placed into them. Apparently that circle is getting much smaller these days. Eventually these methods will die out anyway, it's not far off now so all I'm saying is use them at your own peril.
Hey shitbrains, you mean the forums that you're on right now? Reading your rant, one would think that you're too good to be here but yet here you are. You received a warning for that and if I ever see another comment like that from you again I'll throw your ass out of here so quick it'll make your head spin. You guys should care, if only for the reason of self-preservation but apparently you're too dimwitted to comprehend that because though it may seem like I'm here talking to you for their benefit, I'm actually here talking to you for yours. If people continue to go against their completely reasonable wishes they will simply make their own decisions and in the future, there will be no cracks to compare. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Everyone makes their choices but then be accountable that the ultimate destination of those choices is a place with no more releases. People got the mouthing off part down, yet when it comes time to deal with the repercussions of said mouthing off they seem somewhat less capable. Then all we hear are things like where's R2R? We need you HEXWARS and R2R. The irony is that, in the end, it's not me that's gonna get fucked...it's you. What we do, we do only to ourselves. I'm a free man, I don't need this. I could never see another release from them again and I'd still be grateful for all that they've given me, having never even met me face to face they've found a way to touch my life and offered me a way to reach for the stars and for that I am eternally in their debt. My respect for the teams doesn't hinge on what they've done for me lately or if they've asked me for a simple favor to show their releases the same respect that they showed me when they shared them. When a friend asks me for something, especially something reasonable, I don't even pick apart whether they have a right to ask for it...I simply shut the fuck up and do it. That's what a friend does, much less one that's had his ass wiped for more than a decade. It's really as simple as that and I'd have to be a complete imbecile to not do so when my own interests are at stake.

Sadly some members accepted this topic as an official AudioZ statement, which it is not.

This post should be taken as a general advice and whether you listen to it or not, will be solely on your conscience.

If you want an official opinion on this, then here it is:
I will always support creativity and i believe there's nothing wrong with learning reverse engineering by digging work of those who is the best in this, like R2R.

Yet, I'm highly against stealing credits. So if you made a release that's even remotely based on other team's work, you must definitely write that in the release notes. Otherwise it's unethical and simply low.

I really doubt any team would be against that. Some of you may not remember, but back in the early 2000 there was a great team called BEAT. they stopped releasing somewhere around 2009, but you can still see their keygens nowadays. and that means they are still alive through their work and still help people to achieve their musical goals.

If any scene team thinks otherwise I am opened for discussion with official representatives.

Until then I will run AudioZ as limitless as a web-site can be.

    Stay creative. It's Audiofreedom.

thanks that somebody make an official statement about this!

thats what i meant in the other topic. Kookaboo aka KLEENER, is one of the people loving to hex compare. hope he stops out of respect doing that.

i hope we are alright now and can move on to produce some music.

I think I made it crystal clear that it's not official AudioZ policy though I certainly think it should be. If we appreciate them sharing their releases with us, which help AudioZ thrive, then we should be okay with enforcing their very simple request. I understand that AudioZ and the scene are two different things but they're certainly not mutually exclusive. In the end, we're the ones that depend on them, they don't depend on us. Also, they've had just as much of a hand in building the site as we did and therefore they should have a say in how their releases, as well as those based on their work, are distributed. I don't think it's fair to only be in their corner when it's convenient for us. I'm relaying the official position of the teams, what everyone chooses to do with that information is up to them. However, keep in mind that there is a lot at stake depending on how this problem is chosen to be dealt with, both by our members and the forum as a whole. They would like this to become official site policy but they know that you won't do it so they haven't even bothered asking. If it were solely up to me then it would have been done about a decade ago because it's the right thing to do. Condoning this type of behavior via inaction is the wrong decision and will end up hurting AudioZ in the end. We've already played quite a large part in why the decision to go internal was made in the first place and, as a result, we've suffered for our choices. We have nothing to gain by choosing to ignore this request and everything to lose. Think about it.
