      Hi, so eventually I managed to be able to use two Kontakts side by side...
      But now there is Kontakt 6 out and I am afraid it is NOT backward compatible...
      So I tried three Kontakts but the library and Gui get mixed up with the installed one and Kontakt 6 but otherwise they all work together.
      I thought I should let you know..

        Thanks. Kontakt 6 is backwards compatible with a Kontakt 5 one, because is considered a different program.
        I can run both of them at the same time in the daw without problems.

        @NanoBeat I wasn't accurate with "backwards". I meant they can run on the same computer/DAW at once. You can use both in the same project.

      hey would love a more detailed explanation on how symlinks work if possible? managed to install Serum fine using a symlink package but then tried to install another plugin and now neither plugins work. I'm not an advanced windows user so have no idea where I've gone wrong. Would you be able to help me out ? thanks!
