Classic line "It's publicly available" - so are taxis and buses but you go to jail if you take any of them.

One interesting comment made by a lawyer, was what is fair about fair usage when someone calls music their own using material that is not their own? It does sound wrong when put like that.

Short of every copyright lawyer and extortion lawyer banding together - never - and taking out a billion dollar class action against every major extortionist - never - none of what I have mentioned matters in the online world. It will not happen in the near future and some people will do whatever they can get away with until taken to task.

Since the invention of the Internet, many criminals have moved their operations to the Internet. They operate worldwide and are difficult to catch. In short, some of our fellow human beings are criminals.

Things are stolen, copied and hacked at the expense of decent, hard-working people.

But there is a chance that in the future other, fairer business models will be considered so that artists get their money.
Perhaps at some point we should pay artists with public taxes and give away music completely free of charge.

Some people are already demanding that access to the Internet be regulated with a personal digital identification number (ID).
You always have to assume that everything on the Internet can be stolen, hacked and manipulated.

They say the problem with the Internet is that it is anonymous.

Yep, agreed on all. Beato had a video sometime earlier on the guy with the 600+ accounts. It appears to be an affiliate of the Spotify owners.
What's more shameful these Spotify mofos even have their own docu on Netflix praising their "idea" and supposed services they brought to people and artists with Spotify.
There is no real anonymity in normal Internet man. Especially when the major players like Google, MS, Apple, Meta and the rest are using everyone's data to fill their own pockets. Just ask yourself how Microsoft managed to surpass even Apple in revenue. They all should be declared illegal from the very beginning of asking people to surrender their personal data in order to use their services, OSes, whatever. It is extortion, theft, manipulation and much more. The worse part of it all is, ridiculously unwise most people agree to their disclaimers without even bothering to read 'em.
Funny thing, when Win10 was released and obnoxious telemetry was everywhere built in the system's core, i did warn all right here in this forum, and was greeted with half the forum saying they don't give a fuck MS is spying on them. This is the state of the modern world and this is who we are in our majority. A plethora of lambs eating their food everyday and going about their jobs, unaware that all we do is prolong our imminent moral or even actual demise since all these fuckers get richer while we get poorer day in day out.
    Cheers

Thank you for your opinion and for pointing out the problems.

75% of users are like sheep and they believe everything that is put in front of them. They are incapable of thinking for themselves and are slaves to the system, the silent, stupid majority.

Everyone is free to get information and to educate themselves and learn on the Internet. It has never been easier than today to acquire knowledge, and it is free of charge.

So let's try to talk to our fellow human beings, draw attention to problems and educate people.
