I don't know if it is possible with Fabfilter Plugins, but a lot of the time you will be able to update the plugins to a normal Version if you pay for an Update. After that you would be able to sell them and transfer the license properly.

 

Thanks for the info . So the buyer could update then if he wish he could sell them separately that's what your saying ?

For it to be a legal transaction, you would have to update and sell the updated product. It would be more expensive, but you would be able to properly transfer the licenses to somebody else. That said, I don't know if Fabfilter will even let you update the EDU version to a regular version at all. You would have to ask them about that. I know that I have in the past updated some EDU versions of a different company and they became regular versions once I updated them.

 

It’s legal in the EU to sell accounts, i already bought it 2nd hand as an account.
