    This buyer is a scammer .
    He bought Serum from me after he got the license he opened a case against me that caused my paypal account to get closed so he got the license and the money .

    He won the dispute and got the money and the license and caused my account to get permenantly limited .
    this is what he is trying to tell me .

    Item not received . And paypal took his side even when i already submitted proof that he recieved the license . Am not using paypal anymore these F**kers don't care about the sellers especially with digital goods .
