Hi pasi and NYCGRIFF. Thank you for your usual responsiveness. You both come up with really lovely wallpapers! I'll copy both versions in the library folders, and rotate once in a while. Worth the effort, keeping Kontakt looking fresh. Very much appreciated!

 

Wow Griff you're always the best!! Now these are so good that I can't decide whether I should make a simple catch-all collection as I thought, or should I showcase these individual wallpapers in my Kontakt...? Shimmers and Gentle Grand are the standouts (graphically).

Musically, Imperfect Viola, Gentle Grand and the Orch Swells are the winners in this batch. I'll post more of my findings.

I guess there never was a .nicnt made for the 8Dio Steel Drum huh? It blows my mind that a Developer of that renown doesn't even bother to make a .nicnt for their library. Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and learn how to make my own. Does anyone have any tips on how to choose a SNPID number that's not already used in my Registry........to avoid unregistering existing libraries? I'm already way up in the 5000's.

This developer never published a library with official SNPID assigned by and paid to Native Instrumentes. That´s the question. SNPID is not for free, and although 8Dio could have done, never was. Now they have own engine outside Kontakt. This is yes for free!

But of course, you don´t have to know this.......................

BTW, after 500 delays, 400 reverbs, 300 compressors and 50.000 limiters, crackers could work these engines. 8Dio, Spitfire, VSL... more instruments, less effect plugins. That´s music.
