Are you looking to make a scoop or just looking for specific ones... I have a good deal of 90s cds (that is actual CD-ROMs, i don't keep any isos anymore) and i do recall there was a thread about them as mentioned.
EDIT: Keep in mind that for synth or similar cd-roms, sampler format (usually AKAI) is best since it contains patch data info along with the samples like layers, splits etc etc. Kontakt etc can translate and/or convert those AKAI CD-ROMs. And there are also dedicated apps to convert to various sample formats as well.
For loop cds, WAV/AIFF is perhaps more preferable.

If you consider most of 90's Euro Dance Tracks back then were mixed in Big Studios in Frankfurt, Hamburg etc..... maybe Germany is the way to look for these gems

 

He's a Sample Based Producer Demi God, Introvert, as talented as JDilla, went all over the world to collect ROOMS full of Vinyls, Samples, Obscure 70's Funk from Transilvania , stuff like this

 

I have a fair few already, but always on the hunt for more, somebody has uploaded alot of them onto an archive site to try and preserve them as they are getting more rare now.

Would you be happy to make a list of what you have if you don’t mind out of interest?

yeah that’s the easy part the time consuming part is organising 4 split CDs into categories, also I like to have the original versions as I’m quite the collector of 90s Sample CDs and these ones I’m after are like the Charizard Shiny Pokemon Cards of the 90s Sample CD world
