There are people on this planet for whom the sky is green. Not because they are stupid or something is wrong with their receptors. But because the concept of blue does not exist for them.

I once had a roommate and he is probably the epitome of what people call a conspiracy theorist. In my opinion at the time, most of his statements about the world were absurd nonsense. He said, look out: "In the next few years, the following countries will be involved in a war and occupied in exactly the order that I mentioned. Maybe you'll listen to me if I'm right." We agreed not to talk about politics anymore and a few years later I had to admit that he was 90% right with his prognosis. So I had an open conversation with him. We discussed for several nights and found that we were not far apart on key points.

In his opinion, there are evil illuminati who come together in satanic circles or conferences to discuss how they control the fate of the world and subjugate people. Politicians are just their puppets and brainwash the masses.

In my opinion, there are people who have built networks in student unions that have opened many doors for them on their way. Often these people strive for money or power and pass over dead bodies in order to further expand their influence of power. Through their influence, they can put a lot of pressure on others and they also have the opportunity to significantly influence public opinion.

"Yes, that's what I'm saying!"

"But that doesn't mean that people with influence are satanists."

"They oppress, enslave and kill people for money. Isn't that satanic?"

But: This was a private conversation that we both agreed to. There are also people here in the forum who have not agreed to such a conversation and are already injured while reading.

We shouldn't always weigh each other's words on the gold scales and get more involved in the other's concept of the world in order to understand what the other is trying to convey to us.

After you restarted being pissed, it seems your apologies have been dishonest and cowardly.
If you don't like it here/the rules, just stick to your point of view and see if you get banned. This back and forth is annoying. Make up your mind.

Oops. Didn't see he erased himself. But the decision is probably the right one for him atm.

In this case it was obviously not so. Some have helped to smooth the waves, e.g. @EddieXx , but in the end OP did not want to be helped.
If OP had just edited his first post, there wouldn't have been such a stupid discussion again.

I basically agree. You can tell he tried but still was too upset to definitely settle things down.
So not the best thing but he can always return after cooling off.
