its recognized by the pc turns on and everything but no response from the pc. i did a factory reset on it and it worked for about three secs and did it again worked for about 30 mins, now today its not working at all...pc still acknowledges its there and it still powers on

1. Patches from hardware synth start looping their output sound by themselves until i power the hardware down and power on
2. AKAI MPC Studio does not start, after plugging out the usb and back it starts normally
3. No output from hardware into native instruments audio interface until i plug out the USB cable and put it in again the signal starts normally. even if everything is connected properly
