    Great shout with Geordie, hugely underrated guitarist. Saw Killing Joke just last month, still as powerful as ever.

    Another great shout, Siouxsie's favourite guitarist of the many that passed through the Banshees.

    I'll also throw in Robin Guthrie, not for any great technical ability, but because he made sounds like nobody else before and has been massively influential.

    2. Pete Townsend (yes teenage bias remains )
    3. Peter Buck ( not some technical God, but just lovely chord pros, and 12 string work, I primarily play rhythm.. so...)

    but then.. Syd Barrett - unfettered creativity

    Glen Campbell.. that boy could play!
    Roy Clark Hee Haw guitar (and banjo) God
