Just want to add to this thread, if someone else have this kind of problem.

Causes : V.R NI releases lock the ras3 folder. All their installers are doing this apparently to prevent modification, maybe it is needed for their cracks I don't know, but they locked all the licenses folder for most of their releases. You will get the error messages because R2R keygen didn't get the proper write permission to re-write the license files.

Solution:
1. CMD as Admin
2.

Code:

CD C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\Native Access\ras3

3.

Code:

ATTRIB -S -H -R *.*

4. Run the R2R keygen again.
