XCode for OSX 10.9.5...

    Hi, I need XCode to authorize some stuff and Terminal says u haven't...lol so is it possible to install xcode on Maverick or I must upgrade to sierra...? the problem is that my audio system is HD omni Native from Avid and
    digicoreaudio don't work fine for the moment with sierra (from AVID Dept)
