X-air Digital Mixers (XR-12, XR-16, XR-18 or the Midas equivalents)

    Has anyone used any version of these mixers?
    I just got the XR-16. Seemed like the best one for my situation in terms of cost /features and gear I already have. Haven't even been able to hook it up and play for the last several weeks.
    My wife and I are planning on doing some acoustic based gigs, and this really seemed like the ticket to have a very lightweight portable setup coupled with my Mackie TH-15 pair of powered speakers.
    I may even use it for full band shows and just run a submix for the drums if it sounds better than my current mixer. Seems like it's got better effects.
    Just wanted to see if anyone here had any experience with these. Either live sound or if you are using it in the studio.
