WTF happened to indaba?

    They used to have big remix comps with legit artists and 1000+$ prizes. Now its a free month on splice and a skype call with some asshole.

    Yep , I was an old time member, Splice just bought Indaba and almost forced to pay 7,99 €/ month for every ppl who want to continue to do remixes, Lame !!!!!!! :snuffy::dont::excl:

    damn I heard of indaba before but never in my life looked into it. Always thought it was some pop record label or some shit.

    BTW you two are loooong time members and very rare posters lol. Always found that funny...

    There was some really cool remix contests with cool prices, some thema contests to be included in the Indaba licensing library a listening room with a chat , that was the most fun part of it, a huge community with awesome musicians and producers around the world , Indaba I miss you, sniff

    I personally find it funny to see fosters like members with thousands of messages. If you are into music, play an instrument, it's better to spend a time practising. If you producing or mixing, well, there are a tons of better activities. Learning is so time consuming process but it's up to you whether you want to learn something useful or just be a forum star and likes' collector.
