Just bought Halion Sonic 2 from their valentines special for 100 because I'm sure its not going to get cracked any time soon and loved hypersonic 2 and worried about cracked nexus dongle interfering with the legitimate steinberg dongle. I know nexus uses a steinberg dongle too so I'm sure this is a real issue, Im waiting to recieve the dongle in the mail and just wanted to sort out this issue before it arrives. Is there any way to use nexus with the real dongle just need activation code? Also would I be able to run the newer cracked version or almost cracked version of nexus 2.3 up with the real dongle?

 

i think you might only need to reinstall cracked nexus again and thats all

 

If there is any problem you should invest 19 Euros for another Steinberg dongle.
Activate the legit programs on dongle 1 and your cracks on dongle 2.

 

I have cracked Arturia license and legit Cubase license on the same steinberg dongle, no problems so far (working since about two years)
