Hello
I am currently experiencing an issue with the Mayhem bundle, the one where it enables you to use windows plug-ins in any daw.
The problem is my Wormhole2 plug-in isn’t connecting to the wine version in the audio port and is is coming up with “not connected” and the orange wifi light isn’t showing up as it is suppose to, which means I am not able to hear any audio through logic. Audioport seems to be connecting OK and I believe wormhole is the issue.

Has anyone encountered this and/or could offer any suggestions as to how to fix it?
I have tried; disabling the firewall on my router, Allowing all connections through little snitch, reinstalling the wine files provided.

it’s always fun trying to solve these things to an extent and then it gets just plain frustrating.

Go with VEP 5', way easy.
Its cracked for pc but the plugin version for OS X do not need crack.

ok i'll try to help you ..
1 have you set all as shown in videos ?
2 load the logicX template included or load wormhole2 then AudioPort plug
3 set wormhole2 to 1+2 (type 1+2 above flush channel press enter) & choose "start" option
3 have to set audioport to 127.0.0.1
4 press play in Logic (make a loop - you have to play something ...wav, aif etc)
5 run VSToMac (AudioPortHost Universal)
6 return to Logic and press connect in AudioPort plug (the sound will be stopped...normal)
(now audioport is connected you can load and save templates in VSToMac)
7 load wormhole2 in VSToMac , type 1+2 & choose end option (or in the VSToMac file menu , choose open a recent file and load Rewire-Logic.audioport in C/VST)
8 if you don't load Rewire-Logic.audioport ,plug the pins to audio output 1&2 (in Audioport Host Universal)
done... hope it helps


PS : no need to be connected to a network ...you need to activate a net interface wifi or eth but for
local-network (127.0.0.1) it works even your not connected to the web

The crack is needed only for the server, not for the plugin.
In that way I hocked 3 four core pc as slaves inato my hackintosh 6 core master... Its a dream!

I have followed the videos and your instructions right now to no avail.

it could be something to do with wine, I have had a previous installation of it on my computer before

or a number of things, I have tried fixing permissions.

Here is a screenshot of my problem, there is just no connection between the two instances of wormhole2.

Thanks for enlightening me to the existence of this product I will give this a go. Just reading over what it does it looks to be a huge help in more ways than one.

confirm that all working
i've founded it at Vienna site ;-) request a demo , installed it....
as have said Ovalf , Mac plugs don't need crack...

tested with parallels_destkop (win7-64) and Mac-os 10.9.5.

 

All of them with a backup of my originals at hand.

this method works with multitracks but it's not made for this....you have to bounce ....
for mastering it's good...
viennasuite is the one for multitracks ...
