    You cannot transfer the licence. It's pretty clear in their terms and conditions at point #1 on what you cannot do.
    However, if you did, then whomever you sold it to would need your login details and everything associated with it in order for it to work. This means you would be giving away personal information. That might be a large part of why they have said 'no' to selling your account.

    refx company will see your PC hardware detail when u use nexus by connect the internet.
    you can not always change your pc computer if you are Copyright user .
    so i think they will not allow you to do this except you wanna block your account
