This doesn't actually seem to be the case with this. The issues people are having are specific to Windows Mail as only users to experience the problems are using Windows Mail. Investigation by Sky and Yahoo are certain it's a Windows Mail specific issue rather than the server, just that it's a legacy email framework for @sky.com emails so Microsoft nor Yahoo are invested in trying to s fix it.

As i needed several mail providers AND users, Thunderbird was the best solution.
No troubles for years with 2 users

I have TB al long time. I started under windows and now Linux. I am satisfied with it. The looks are just a matter of getting used to it. The functionality is where you should pay attention. Can you do the same things with a new program? Or can it only be achieved by a difficult workaround. If it has the same functions and helps overcome the problems, you should definitely change.
And as a Linux user I can only say: everything not produced by m$ is always better. :winker:

Looks like Mailspring is a good one I'd forgotten about.

I was also going to suggest Postbox, which I believe is more Mac like or can be and which is built on Thunderbird but looks better. There are portable versions out there.

I also miss the days of the clear simple Outlook Express or the Windows Mail that was in Vista and could be activated in 7. (This thread is actually about Microsoft Mail). There is a free "Outlook Express Classic" out there that has similar features, there is also a premium version.

I second that. I switched from Evolution to Thunderbird on my Linux box since Evolution does not support gmail auth anymore. I have it installed on my windows box also it works perfect.

Try to get a theme from their theme page, which is complete black.
