ASFAIK is html 5 not flash. Should work with every recent browser

The problem is that the site uses the tag <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1">

which is a windows browser specific tag, and it gives problems on MAC browsers.

 

I spend months just to hook up a GM keyboard via Midi i never really got it to work
So i just played with a notation program that i forgot the name of but as i couldnt get any sound out of the computer i never really heard what i created.

HTML5 is not flash, that was the point in moving to a standard because before it's release there was none, if you watched videos on YouTube you had to have Adobe's software installed and as you know their plug-ins can be buggy and compromise security. If you were to do a fresh Windows install on your computer and don't install Flash you will still be able to watch many videos on YouTube and that's because HTML5 is dependent on browser implementation not the installation of Adobe software.
