Windows 7 - Installation stops @ / before last restart

    Trying to install Windows 7 on a Fujitsu Siemens AMILO LA1703 - Laptop PC .
    I have tried both USB-disk and CD - / DVD - methods .
    They both fail @ the final stage, just before last restart ... the installation won't go on ... it's just stuck there ))):::

    Funnily with my Windows 8 x64 DVD the OS installs flawlessly .

    I've created the USB-disk with Rufus and it completed its' task without probs .

    Now ... Tell me what's wrong here
