Because the coder decided to release it for just few friends and decided to stick with his native language, but since is Win7 Ultimate will just took 5 minutes to install any language you want...

EDIT: The all installation is about 2-3 steps

Insert DVD/USB
Select partition or HDD you wanna use
and install

After that you can install the official language pack wich comes from Microsoft itself... so no bad translation...

I thought about editing the installation language to be easier for everyone here, but then the actuall torrents have a lot of seed so it's quite fast and easy to get it.

I also see you said you tried a lot of OS's. Linux Mint is the best OS i have ever used.

In fact it works out of the box unlike this windows thing that you need to find a hacker to fix MS crap.

Sorry but this is the unique version of this: only the installation comes in italian wich i already translate step after step in english. But if you are familiar with Windows 7 this is just a regular installation, After installation you can install the official language pack you want from Windows Update. Worth it.

 

For the guys asking for a English version, there isn't much I can do. The best thing I can do is make a video step by step from the booting DVD/USB to the installation of the language pack.

Option will be record with my LUMIA 640 as full installation
or
Record the virtual machine on a fake installation

Well, I speak a little bit with one of the developer and he told me that the developer team had some problems with their forum so they decided to close it. He also told me that they stop tow working on this project (wich started with Windows XP) because with Windows 8 Microsoft change their way of working so every update could break the entire OS, same goes for 8.1-10. I also aked for unrelease projects and he confirmed that He has on his HDD Windows 7 Ice Extreme 1.5 but he won't release it. So this version that i published is the latest that they are going to public.
I'm a bit sad since i would like to see a Win10 Ice modded from start to finish but it will be very hard.
