    hello i have a problem

yesterday i´have changed my system from win xp 32 bit with 32 bit plugins to win 7 64bit with 32 bit

now everything is working only some plugins weren´t found on cubase, i have installed everything in the cubase vst path, but cubase dont show the plugins.

the plugin infomation in cubase dont show them too

only the applied acoustics vst´s and arturia brass dont work, i dont understand whats the reason, i remember its not the first time that these 5 plugins dont work on my system, maybe the installers are buggy?

    anyone can help

i have uninstalled these plugins and reinstall but dont work

you can use a 32bit daw on your 64bit os. thats not a problem.

but if you do so ofcoz u can only use 32bit plugins (for 64bit plugins you must use
something like jbridge inside your daw)

if you install a 64bit daw on your 64bit os you must bridge the 32bit plugins.

also notice that 64bit and 32bit plugins usually installed in different folders.

to make it short and to answer ur question: the point isn't 64bit os but what daw you
    use 32 or 64?

    grtz

Make sure u have directed Cubase to scan the 64 bit plugin folder...

    and...Jbridge

that's why i have not upgraded from cubase 5 to cubase 6 yet steinberg is new to 64 bit and i have bin looking at a lot of cubase forums and a lot of people have bin having a lot of problems with cubase 6 in 64 bit with the vst bridge and when i e-mail steinberg's support and ask them when they are going to fix the 64 bit problem so i know when it's good to update to cubase 6 they lie to me and tell me there is no'' problem ''that pisses me off ''because i am reading all the problems on the forums and it seems like steinberg dose not value me/us as customers any more you use to be Abel to call when you had a tek question now you cant any more that's bull sh.t i think i am going to go to pro tools 10 and i have tolled steinberg that and it seems like they don't care'' i have bin using them for over 15 years thats not rite

i have windows 7 home in 64 bit, but cubase 4.5 in 32 bit and all plugins in 32bit too

i use about 40 plugins everything is working only these applied acoustics and arturia brass didnt work

im shure there is something wrong with this

when i install 32bit plugs i always choose the standard vst path, where to install the 64 bit, when i install applied acoustic i remeber that the installer is installing both version 32 and 64 bit to the same folder, maybe thats the problem

about 1 year ago i have tested win 7 too, and it was the same problem only with these plugins, but they worked after re installing
