I read that realtime processes can be dangerous and you should stick to high, is that true?

    guy on stackoverflow says:
I want my audio interface driver to run "realtime"
and my DAW app to run "High"
Is this dangerous or is "dangerous" bullshit?.. does it not make a shred of difference to performance? (Unlikely)

I dont run any networking/wifi/antivirus/firewall/camera etc, its audio only

Yes, I am confident in my settings they are working well, i was looking for some genius to give me some rare piece of specialist info on the topic.

Your response has nothing to do with the subject matter, are you a bot? thanks for being the first and only reply tho
