Since connecting a MIDI device using a MIDI port to Your PC, is a sort of Network connection; do someone knows what Win7 Services are required to be running to accomplish the job ?

Let the Services List in the Bare Bones column serve as reference: Black Viper Services List

As far as I know, no non-essential OS service needs to be running for handling MIDI commands. "Bare Bones" option works flawlessly for production

There are no services needed for MIDI to work.

    Thanks Guys!
...I was concerned about, because honestly, I don`t have a clue what more than half of those services do...

Since my Audio PC is not connected to other machines nor to the internet, I can safely disable most of them as I see ?!?

    btw.
Is there a way to install Win7 without security and networking support ?

    EDIT:
"Bare Bones" works fine after testing
