To the matter at hand, i gave you the official efficiency ratings for the 80+ gold psus. You don't need any data. And if you keep posting vids like Jayz 2 cents or that particular Mac guy, i 'll start laughing my ass off. I trust you have a calculator. Do the math of efficiency versus electricity consumed to reach a certain wattage and find out for yourself what is the best choice

 

If you gonna use a Thunderbolt audio interface go for Intel. Even though AMD now has thunderbolt support on many of their motherboards there are still issues with thunderbolt and low latency. Probably gonna be fixed sooner or later but not worth the hassle as of today
