what's up with the stuff disappearing from audioz.download? For example I have
a few great releases that I can't find any more on the website. Nor can I find newer versions.

Just to name the ones that come to mind now. Should I not be using this any more? Is it normal that some releases get taken down after a few hours or days?

Yes, I just recently got into the habit of checking regularly. Much prefer to install a bundle instead of going through a bunch af separate small releases - at least for my favorite companies. For example Valhalla, NI or D16 fx.

And the answer is, when someone post a Bundle, people ask for separated releases, if you post separated releases, people ask for bundles...

So Teams do what they want, as they are the ones that actually DO something ...

There is no way to please everyone ...

 

It's such a funny thing that if you follow the scene you will end up knowing exactly what cracks will get the DMCA takedowns... whenever I find one I immediately download it and throw it in my Telegram archives.

 

What will happen if you do not listen to those mdma takedown requests and for example just ignore them?

That would be a blasphemy! And even more so when you're being offered some.

 

Is it absolutely necessary to delete the entire post when a DMCA request comes in? Couldn't you just delete the download links, change the title and archive the post? There is sometimes a lot of important, useful information and discussion in those threads that becomes tragically inaccessible.

 

You really must quickly bite when stuff comes up lest you miss the moment and be left with drool dripping down your chin.
