Maybe NI has found a new protection scheme for PC? Audiowarez scene releasing is stucked since months. Only Mac releases. Anyone knows what's going on?

 

It may well be a new protection scheme. The latest version of Kontakt released to the Scene can no longer validate and add locked libraries, so there's clearly some work being done in this area.

 

R2R enters into private agreements with certain developers from time to time. It's all about the money.

That's why you see cracks posted and taken down after a while and certain companies (like Plugin Alliance) not 'affected'.

The warez scene has always been a business.

Imo, may be R2R is busy working for x-mas surprises for us or still angry with recent & 2015 incidents, whatever time will tell the truth,

 

r2r release Battery for WIN some days ago... So i think there is a new protection system on kontakt, MAschine, komplete Kontrol, or just release all this stuff in internal way ...

 

I think that R2R is not going to release more things from Native Instruments, because it can not do it, as it happens with cubase that since version 7 has not been possible to release it.

 

well, sounds weird.. I mean using old protection on MAC and a new one on PC. Cubase uses Syncrosoft with hardware key

 

From reliable sources I know that R2R will no longer release the Native Instruments software, since the new Native Acces security system will not be released!

you mean, that R2R will not release more Native Instruments software, because Native Acces will not be released? If the answer is Yes, I still not understand why .... maybe it would not be everything as before?

 

Everyone is talking about new protection scheme. Don't you guys realised that r2r is pissed by us as we use their installer and keygen but we patch finally with Simlink cracked dlls.
Community didnt like their new take on Kontakt and that's why they are not releasing it. Correct me if it isnt true.

 

The new Kontakt ver is not yet released for mac either.

 

Problem is R2R, when they first released Kontakt based on keygen authorization, said in their .nfo that everytime a new library were released they would have updated the keygen within a week but it happened just for few libraries. Since then a lot of libraries has been released but keygen has been left outdated, so people are forced to find a workaround to use new libraries.

 

Thats what they dont want. they want control.

 

well, but this is related to Kontakt, why stop releasing Maschine or other software updates? and instead continue releasing MAC stuff?

 

ok, Kontakt 5.7 has been released in portable format, so they finally patched the new protection code. We should expect a Maschine release soon in portable format too?

 

They stopped releasing many plugins which they released regularly. They recently released Battery update.

 

I would ask why you don't simply buy the software you want. I guess it's all about the money.

Seriously. Your mothers all need to give you a talking to. Never look a gift-horse in the mouth. If you get anything at all, consider yourself lucky. I doubt you have the skills or inclination to do what R2R does. So maybe you should keep your (wrong and ignorant) opinion to yourself.

According to R2R themselves, the keygen versions were created just because of this new protection. They knew it was coming.

My guess is they'll release versions 5.7+ when they've properly cracked them. Most likely keeping the keygen method.
