    Did you actually do something to break the rules? Judging from speculation, I don't think you were legitimately banned because you don't seem like someone who would break the rules bad enough over there to be permanently banned. It looks to me like an technical bug in the system. Pretty sure SAiNT wouldn't ban you for the sole purpose of the "Dumb Moronic Crackhead Anthology*", as we could care less about "crackhead*" bills*.
    I think it would tell you a reason like "Disrespectfulness" or "Unconfirmed email" or something like that. If it were that reason, we'd all be banned in a split microsecond.
