Why is Kontakt disliked?

    I use Kontakt. the positive aspects are more relevant than the negative ones. However there are many negative points, in addition to what you mentioned, the method used for automation of parameters and MIDI learn, ... let's be frank ... not friendly at all

    I didn't even know. And that's why we all love it.
    You can add a simple KSP script to do that. Several libraries have a purge button for instance.
    But then you'd need to send a "global MIDI CC" to all the tracks. It's something only the DAW can do.
