Hey guys,

the latest available crack of Soundtoys on the sister site and russian site is almost 8 years old now and has been released on May 2018. Its Soundtoys 5.0.1.10839.

Ever since then there have been plenty of updates and latest version is 5.5.4.

As it is one of the most beloved Effects bundle in the world, it just makes me wonder how there hasn't been a new crack yet.
Is the protection that good? Or did all warez-groups somehow collectively agree to never touch it again?

What do you think?

 

I think the chances are very slim nobody has defeated it. It's too much time . Whoever that could be, probably doesn't want to do it again.

That is just a guess.

 

better question: how about softube, ptools, UAD, cedar, soundtoys, etc, etc...
there is no answer because no one knows the answer except the witches who crack the stuff.

Why haven't you saved a few euros every month for the past 8 years and bought it on Black Friday?

 

For some of us there's a matter of principle in not supporting invasive DRM and bloatware protection methods along with devs passing those inconveniences and additional expenses to the end user.

If a developer focuses on practices that are not in the best interest of the consumer, I won't support them. Full stop. I am a legit owner of some iLok products, but I phased them out of use. I now only use the ones that have been liberated from invasive protection technology, if I use those at all. As for SoundToys specifically, they had a compelling 2025 promo where you could get ALL of their lite plugins for free which I hear helps toward a reduced price of their legit products. But I didn't bother getting the licenses as I won't install them on my machines. I've wanted to try Decapitator for nearly a decade. But I won't. I have PLENTY of other great plugins for similar usage. I also don't bother with UA stuff. There are so many comparable tools (non 1-to-1 replacements, mind you) that make it unnecessary to support devs who pay for iLok, MFort, etc. and pass those costs and inconveniences on to end users.

Who knows why it hasn't been cracked. Maybe they use the strongest Ilok protection method available? Soundtoys bundle is one of the best purchases I've ever made when it comest to plug-ins and I've found lot of use for it over the years and still do to this day even though some of the plug-ins are pretty freaking old by now. They still sound awesome and more importantly musical!

 

I buy single plugins on sale and then I have great upgrade offer so I bought whole bundle. Best investment that I made.

 

You see i have many ilok plugins alot of them cause i work with many different people and they use different plugins but what is f..ed up about this days protection is there are so many services running on my machine at the same time and most of them comes from ilok protected one either pace itself or these companies hub or app and everytime i even want to scan plugins they are running in the background.and you know they are not online service or ai generative shit they are just pure protection services and i guess at least no one wants to load so many services in the background as they do not benefit us users at all and also they do send some info for god knows who and they cause crash randomly sometimes.
What im saying is that at very least this kind of protection is trash but we can not expect anyone to take their time to crack these shits for us we either gonna buy them if we really need em or just use something similar and also we already know that with r2r there is nothing uncrackable so it is better to trust them with their releasing and keeping some vaulted decision.

 

Nobody want to confess that is incredible exciting installing priced warez just because is warez? Don't be so bigot, aren't we audiosexers?
