just found another: Phrygian dim4 scale!

this one has the unique feature of having a minor third AND an augmented 4th (enharmonic major 3rd)
this sounds especially good over dominant 7#9 chords. make sure you try this stuff out it sounds more difficult than it is!

 

Came here 2c if Tsimané got a mention. Was not disappoint. Is it right or wrong 2 feel slightly cheated / manipulated into liking consonant sound?

Haha, as one of the guys on YT mentioned....Sounds heavily like moonlight sonata, 3rd movement, which is, as we all know written strongly in c sharp minor and in no way dissonant (neapolitan chord means no dissonance to me). So let's call it a dissonant remix of Beethoven ;)
