Why aren't "we" able to make any artistic music?

1- What does an artistic music mean and why aren't "we" able to make any one?

2- How much does it relate to the culture we're living and breathing in it? For example, can a Japanese make an artistic music like an American does?

3- Can we neglect the effects of the cultural roots in our made music and just rely on "inside-or-outside-of-the-box" skills and expect that an artistic music is created by using the mere compositional techniques?

Just these and no more questions. Please elaborate further in any way you like.

Japanese look at music different than the Americans do. Not only the Japanese, most countries around the world make hollow music. :dunno:

    1. Because there is no or very little integrity.
    2. As much as "we" associate or disassociate, with or from our environment
    3. Only if we are able to answer, truthfully, the question: "Who am I?"

    I missed you @foster911

As Celibidache rightly said, the art of music ultimate goal is freedom and truth, beauty being only the bait.
There are believers in ethnics and cultural components, but human nature overwhelm all this ; these considerations are of little significance.

At 5:10 "acoustic information that is not of physical nature" :deep_facepalm:
    I stopped it there.

    EDIT:
Ok, then I will stop because of that. Not meant mean, but then it makes no sense to read the translation.

The more I'm trying to rationalise music, the less I'm ready to catch the inspiration.
It's a valuable asset to be able to "disconnect and be playful" from time to time.

Coming from you, the "question" is not a question at all, and it's intention is clearly not to create any meaningful debate. You have obviously already defined artistic music and come up with your conclusion already, that "we" can't make any. But lots and lots and lots of amazing artistic music is made in our day and age, so your question is not much more than word womit.

Read some Kant. Your questions are not questions, it is word womit.
