Why are almost all tutorials for beginners?

I believe it's because the kind of person who's going to take on self-learning to begin with is the kind of person who will quickly get to a level where they can largely teach themselves what's left to be learned. And the others will take those beginner tutorials and then never proceed with the craft beyond the most basic level.

Because beginners are the bigger audience, the more you get into the expert realm the less number of people (and also less interested in tutorials I guess).
so is as simple as target the bigger audience

99 % of people don't know and those 1% who know don't teach anything to anyone. I don't say this out of selfishness and malice. It is a very real thing.
Almost 20 years have passed since the emergence of the concept of video sharing widely on the Internet, but still nothing has been properly taught from the first step to the higher steps. Tutorials on the internet are scattered and mostly superficial. Of course, there are reasons for this intentional dispersion to reduce people's focus on specific things and people will not know what they are doing until the end of their lives. What do you want to be taught when someone doesn't know what he is doing?
The one percent who have everything in their hands will never save the rest of the people from the deliberate misguidance that they themselves have created, and this cycle of not mastering the issues will continue until the end.

you could go to music school (a good one).
There you will find out that knowledge is not superficial, and you can also go much deeper than anything you'll find online.

and then you say to me
"okay, but thats only superficial and teachers at university don't know what they are teaching"

    and to that i reply:
the 1% who know (here we are talking the great ones, best in the world) they are actually busy doing the thing they know.
They are not teachers, they are performers.
To learn something complex it takes time, both from the student and the teacher.

Some of them are composers and some of them are theorists. Composers do not teach anyone anything. The theorists analyze sth they like in a simple way and invent a series of rules of their own which may have nothing to do with the work of composers.

I don't know why no one understands what I am saying. I don't want much. The only thing I want is the description of all the events that happen during the creation of something. For example, suppose that God created this world and the entire universe. I just want to know how God created everything. That is, I want exactly how it was created, part by part from his own tongue, the creator's.

It is only the creator of a work who knows how he made something, and he is the one who must fully and clearly explain how he made everything, from the moment of the creation of the work to the end. If the creator does not say anything about how his work was created and a theorist is found and wants to incompletely explain the events of the creation of the work in which he was not present, it does not work very well. If the theorists could explain the events correctly, everyone would be a music master now.

It is important that the creator of a work explains everything. But unfortunately, creators wherever they are, be it music or other places, do not fully explain their work and do not consider themselves obliged to do so and keep all the details secret as much as possible.

Bach, Stravinsky, Debussy - many more - as revered as composers as theorists. You're just waffling.

They only taught a very small part and simple exercises to their students like UDEMY or Youtube do. They never taught their original artistic principles to anyone.

Because most real pros don't have time to make videos and the people that do make videos are less and less even pros. Most of them see it as a second way to generate income, which means they don't earn enough with their craft in the first place, which should be a sign in itself.
I do have to say, the quality of the videos really diminished since the pandemic. There is so much bad stuff around, it is difficult to even find any good tutorials.

Maybe we should have an extra thread for good tutorials for the different genres, where only good/the best tutorials are being listed, maybe even categorized from beginner to advanced.

Then again, it is the same with these music schools like SAE, etc. The people that are working there are not the ones that were the best of the best most of the time, because they get better paying jobs. So you have people teaching there that are only mediocre, and only some of them are good.
I think if you really want to learn you should study at a university, but it is a lot harder to get in there as well.

If the wisdom is available but there is a conspiracy not to share the knowledge, and pure talent isn't real (such that none can attain greatness without receiving this knowledge)... how did the great composers actually become great?

maybe the creator of the content doesn't wanna show how he created everything...
maybe it will loose some of the 'magic' for some people - (you know, people always think things are made on its first try, when is usually is a much more boring process, with several trials and error)

also, i second what @mino45 said. you should go to a university

The original question is misleading: you create a thread with a simple title but in the body of your post you ask much higher level questions. Tutorials usually ARE for beginners, or for undergraduates. More advanced learning is often presented as a master class. In the world of post-graduate education you would be pursuing a PhD. But in order to gain a PhD you, yourself, would have to present new knowledge, new understanding. So you see, the onus is on YOU, Foster (may I call you Foster?).

So tell us, what you got? What's YOUR thesis?

ULX is just too lazy to learn by themselves, he just want to meet a dude who learned so much about music to get a PhD in Composition, who still has the time to explain and make a tutorial to a complete noob how to make a symphony, without the steps he need to learn before he's able to tackle a symphony composition.

He's just lazy and unable to take any efford to learn something. He needs other people who explain everything to him, even the most simple things. So if you can't learn composition by yourself because you're too dumb to be an autodidact, you should take music theory classes, I guess you never took any. The conservatory would be your second adress if you really want to understand music, but with your attitude I think you never even get close, because the teachers want curious puple, and not people who are too afraid to learn without tutorials.

And sorry, the truth sucks but you MUST have some talent to go beyond the journeyman level. You can teach someone to be Salieri, but not Mozart.
