is there a time restriction before i can express an opinion? like i said, im not ungrateful its just weird to see so many FREE items on the front page of Audioz. ive been registered 15 days but ive been coming here on and off lurking for a few years now.

 

Found this on his youtube. Atleast he is honest about not having the copyright to his samples.

 

I actually like some of his packs, some of them I've used in tunes ... I enjoy freebies being posted on AudioZ, because you never know what you're going to stumble across.

What I don't like is when the uploaders use paid download links (UL, RG) when the software/samples can be downloaded directly from the developer or producers site. They should not be making any money from something someone has given away for free, that's low!

He's not new. It's an old user 'remix' on a new account.

i see you, just like Farao are hell bent on trying to get rid of anyone that doesn't have an opinion the same as yours. like i said on the other post you guys can try and bully me all you want but the fact is im not remix. ask the mods or saint or whoever. i find it strange though that most of your little group of bullies posts are largely in response to remixs posts or anyone that agreed with him? if you keep on trying to tarnish my name on here ill just keep on reporting you, it makes no difference to me.

 

Where did all of that come from? I only said I thought you were an old user. Please quote the part of my post which makes you believe that i'm 'hell bent' on trying to get rid of you. You can deny being remix, but your dramatic overreaction to my post says otherwise. Also, so does the comment you made on your AudioZ account.

EDIT: Additionally, I have no idea who those other users you mentioned in your post are. I don't think I have ever spoken to them on AudioSEX, or the sister site. Please don't accuse me of being in a a group of 'bullies' when your statement is FALSE.

 

but that's remix? not me? considering how many Dinma packs have been released and how many comments they have i think its a very tenuous link to suggest that we are the same because we agree on ONE thing. you guys are truly crazy but i've reported your account so ill leave it to the mods to sort you out.

I'm failing to understand why you feel the need to report my post? Because I called you out for being an old user under a new account? So what? I just don't understand your complete overraction in this respect. This could've been an honest mistake made by any member. But rather than make a constructive reply to deny my claim, you've gone onto some tangent rambling about how me and another group of other users (who I have never heard of or spoken to) are a group of bullies. I don't think I've ever posted in the same thread as you on this new account - but you seem to know alot about me to accuse me of being a bully.

You may not be Remix. But I find it coincidental that you make a thread here talking about your dislike of these packs and on the same day, the comment on AudioZ also appears. This, coupled with your complete overreaction my initial post makes me believe you are him and that is my opinion, which I am entitled to. I have no problem if you disagree with it.

ive told you several times im not remix yet you insist on claiming i am. this is tantamount to bullying albeit in a passive aggressive manner and certainly no way to treat a new(ish) member. if you keep stalking me ill keep reporting you, its as simple as that.

 

You got me thinking. Why are so many musicians making sample packs? Why are so many producers making plugins. Why are so many guitarists making tutorials. Has everybody given up on music?

 

I said I thought you were remix ONCE and then you went off onto some tangent calling me and other users bullies. Not several times as you claim. After this I will not reply to any more of your troll posts as it's clear you're just trying to stir up a reaction from people.

A few points.
1.I actually find them useful as i only use samples for creating new sounds & they work well for me for this. There is a lot i consider rubbish on here but i don't feel the need for a thread stating this. To do this is somewhat egocentric imo.
2.on the issue of uploading free stuff on here, i really don't see a problem if the original link is included, i think i would miss a lot of free stuff otherwise. who cares if people try to make a bit of money, you are not forced to download it.
3.People have been sampling the shit out of copyrighted music for a long time.

@BumBcL0t - I don't think it was wise to point fingers based on assumption. Usually when you want to confront someone with such statements, you'll prepare evidence to back up that claim. In this case @KingzDubStep is not remix, e.g. doesn't have shared IP and his style of writing is different. So your claim pretty much backfired.
@KingzDubStep I don't see any personal insults from @BumBcL0t aimed at you, no strong words either, he explained well his intentions, so no need to get over-reactive. Should I understand it that you feel offended the way he called you remix?
All it feels to me like misunderstanding that ultimately backfired.

 

i wish you could filter stuff shown on az, a cookie should be fully sufficent for this to work. most of mac users dont need to see the win soft and vice versa, might lead into less pointless pc/mac please comments. you could filter out freebies or specified brands/trademarks you really dont want to see - having a clean and tidy list of posts interesting to you.

 

I originally posted those Steinberg demos to help people out. And I only left them there temporarily. I soon took them down. I don't make money off of my links, as I don't have premium. I don't know why people keep bashing what I did there. While it may not have helped you out personally, It helped a lot of other people out and that's why I posted them. Other users, the ones who also post countless mirrors on ever post in existence, when they post their impressions of this on the other hand, it's for nothing more than money.
Also, to the OP - I was thinking the exact same thing as the title in your thread, then I looked over at the AS feed and saw this post and laughed. I agree, and those Dinma packs are really annoying.
