i dont want to appear ungrateful but literally every other post on Audioz is an awful Dinma sample pack which is just basically a collection of copywritten music chopped together and given away free. Do we really need his terrible free sample packs when there is so much good stuff on Audioz. its seems like just cheap promotion in my opinion.

Does anyone actually download this rubbish?

I haven't actually heard the Dinma packs you mention - That aside though - Most sample packs are terrible - Most of them just take up valuable space on our hard drives - That is why recently I have been trashing hundreds of gigabytes of sample packs - The one's I have decided to retain have been previewed and the useless bits trashed in the same way -

I don't want to appear rude, but the word is "copyrighted."

I dont use sample packs myself but then again i dont see anything wrong with people using them i guess. i just find it odd that people keep uploading all these awful DINMA sample packs which are more often than not free anyway, although the stuff is all copywritten so pretty much useless?

I didn't want to be rude by down voting, but I asked myself the same question about these packs. Is there a word for spam uploads?

i think the sample pack are "okay". there different then other sample packs out there. then the usual, what kanye west used in which album or just blaze ..and so on. pretty much hit and miss. the sample files in these folder are very annoying and very unorganized. not saying to keep all the samples in these packs but some are pretty good. i usually go threw them pick ones out then delete the rest.

    meh... copyright -_-
i mean unless your pulling in heavy traffic or make big money and ur music is credited with copyrighted samples, then you should be fine. just vibe and create. Note: when selling your beats that contain samples, the "artist" that buys your music will be responsible to get the sample cleared and will sometimes get turned off unless its the dopest chops you made on a beat and they just say "f*** it" and shit hits the radio or is a hit song on a mixtape then they coming after the "Artist". but making money with "industry artist" may get turned off easily if they hear samples in beats.

Same reason people upload free VSTs, steinberg demos with a tip on how to turn the clock forward to extend the demo, repacks of R2R keygens with updates of already released software, etc etc etc

    Money

Alternatively, the opposite of that attitude is the reason why people like Horsemen and r4e provide zippy, openload, mega links, etc.

It is copyrighted, not copywritten. Copyright as in "the right to copy", which is what you are talking about. Copywritten would mean "having written a copy (of an advertisement or such, apparently)"

The funny thing is this kind of promotion will only bring him a few "producers fans", not the regular huge amounts of fans that a certain successful musician would rock. Dunno his idea, but "working so hard" for these packs to gain the "wrong type" of fans... lol

Ha ha... it IS awkward, but it's correct. Right -> righted; write -> written. It's copyright, not copywrite.

    "Copyrighted" correction:
I'm a writer (stories, novels) as well as a musician and was stunned to see something like this here.
