But where's all this distortion coming from? It kinda sounds like what the Sonnox Inflater or BBE Sonic Maximizer would create, when used in huge improper amounts.

Are you using limiters or eq's with a lotta high end boosts on your tracks?

Try taking everything off the master channel and keeping your volume levels below -6db. Remember it's the mixdown stage. it isn't meant to have any processing on it at this point!

1.: This is a great industrial sound, I really like it. If you found out what the problem is, please give me a hint. Honestly.

2.: Please excuse me if I got something wrong, but you said it's a mixdown. Of what, about six basic sounds? What if you soloed them? At what point does this noise occur? How many and which meters are flashing when you solo the single sounds? Can't you find the problem this way?
To me it sounds more like there is an additional - in your case unwanted - sound triggered.

    I think that's the answer - exciter.
It sounded excited. Try turning it off.

And why is there no bass? Try to get a good balance (volume and spectrum-wise) before you throw on exciters, saturation, compressors, etc.

Are you using strong compression with high ratios?
Sounds like either the decay of the distorted solo instrument or a reverb tail that is boosted to the max by using compression.

Other than that, I agree with @No Avenger:
I'm sure a lot of people will like this kind of "white noise" already

    thank you guys for help!
An odd mixture of OTT, Distortion, Exciters and Reverb caused the problems. RIP i feel like a noob right now.
