NO. And if there is a TPM in that machine, disable it too. Optimized builds could care less about TPM's, as it should be. Just make certain before you wipe the current OS that you gather up all the needed OEM system drivers before you start the new build. You can authorize the build with one of the many fine PS scripts available. Do not attempt logging the operating system on to a microsoft account - I would 't recommend that even if one was running a legit bloatware os build. Keep in mind there will be additional optimization tweaks needing to be performed, but those tweaks will be way less than if you used a bloatware build.
