So overwriting the factory/default presets/bank doesn't work?

 

Dazeon walks into his local Music store and asks the sales person to show him the biggest baddest synth with no presets or patches. Sales person asks Dazeon " So what you want is a midi controller?" Dazeon say's "No, I want the best synth with no presets!" Sales person shakes his head.

Listen man I'm am only poking fun at your question hoping that you'll see just how nutty your request is, especially since your avatar is the Gui from Omnisphere(king of presets). It's all very basic. If you don't like a preset, you can Either delete it or make your own and never use the factory ones. I'm surprised that you even asked such a thing considering that the basic architecture of Synths has not changed in 30 years and that does mean that there will be presets. How else is someone supposed to compare a Korg to a Roland?? In your case I think it's best just to buy another hard drive and not worry about the space presets use.

One last thing. WTF does a synth with no presets have to do with the question you started this thread with?? You went way O.T. in your own thread. I think this should be a "sticky" so future Posters know what NOT to do.

 

I still i have not received a list of non synthedit/synthmaker based vst plugins.

 

I guess you will have to live with that.
