Which is the last Waves version that supports VST2 32bit?

    A better question would be what was the last proper DAW that supported 32bit VST plugins. There aren't many left if any at all, unless you go retro.

    as for waves op could take a look at https://www.waves.com/downloads/release-notes#v11
    i think it would be the waves 10 (at least on mac Waves Complete 10 v2018.08.15 MacOSX-HEXWARS - this is the last 32bits i've used - El Capitan)

    Bitwig support 32bit natively. Just had to check that because i installed an old powercore with 32bit vsts.

    Reaper latest release 7.16 still support 32 bit and have a 32 bit version of the Daw
    And you can also use the 64 bit version and load in 32 bit plugins as they have their own native bridging
    Samplitude latest version also have native bridging
