Not %100 I know which sound you mean.I can't really pick out what is in the drop,possibly a sylenth type synth patch.The part after the drop is like a flute or something similar but it's mono(one note at a time).Not sure that helps but... cool lil track anyway

 

UHHHH...my ears bleed after listening to this track..Boy this is real huge crap..but anyways the sounds can all be done with sylenth or massive soft synths...and of cause many others...There's nothing special about it exept this lofi synth flute sound maybe (1:30min).

 

Sounds like a stab synth bass. I would suggest either sylenth/nexus/massive any of those with a synth bass sound, a bit of eq, and short notes to get the 'stab' effect!

 

Sounds like a flute layered with another synth underneath. Sounds like a little bit of distortion was on it also.

 

It's just a reed flute, maybe a little vst one.

I just find it funny that we have come to a time when people say "Sylenth1" and "Massive" instead of saying "a flute, a flute sample library or a flute-ish preset on any synth".

There's the Sylenth/Massive synth of course,

But i think you mean the "kinda rising voice"
which is the "IT" from "Ready for IT" repeated on each 1/32 beat with a PITCH RISE of 1 octave

If you meant the solo/melody instrument, then it's some wooden flute of course.
